Hi! I’m Florencia Lanza, a User Experience and Service Designer based in

Sydney. My passion lies in creating meaningful solutions where empathy,

creativity, and strategic thinking work together as a driving force. I last worked

at PwC AC Buenos Aires as a Service Designer, where I focused on enhancing

the employee experience. Whether it was developing chatbots or reimagining

the hiring process, my goal was always to make work life smoother and more

rewarding for everyone involved.

Now, I’m starting an exciting new chapter as I move to Australia in search

of fresh opportunities and challenges. I’m eager to continue making a

positive impact through design, crafting thoughtful and effective solutions

that improve people’s lives.
